TO HOLD AN ALLOTMENT

Please contact your CLK sales agent via SMS to hold your preferred allotment.
You will be required to complete the ‘Intention to purchase form’ - click link below and return/email to your CLK sales agent by the next business day that your allotment is held.
 

HOLDING DEPOSIT – to be paid within 24 hours of the allotment being held.

Please transfer your $1,000 holding deposit into our trust account – click link for account details.
Please include your surname and Lot no. as a reference when transferring your holding deposit.
 

A Contract Of Sale will then be prepared and sent to both you and your solicitor/conveyancer who will review the Contract and arrange for you to sign.
